Job Description

Identify and source potential Pharma Companies for Business Alliances.
Responsible for developing & executing strategic alliances.
Engage with brands/partners.
Using the full marketing/Sales mix for the companys marketing/Sales communication.
Leads and manages marketing department staff by providing tasks, objectives, strategies, and projects
Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars
Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive sales/Marketing strategies
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing/sales communication campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have 1-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
Must have excellent leadership skills with experience in handling a team
Smart and having a pleasing personality
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Can take up Sales campaigns and make different strategies.
Preferred from Pharma background.
